BTS V’s “Barefaced” Visuals Hit With Scathing Reactions

BTS V‘s latest airport appearance has unsurprisingly gained viral attention. However, shockingly, not all the comments have been positive. Instead, the idol has been hit with scathing comments about his visuals.

On October 25, the star was spotted leaving for Los Angeles after being personally invited by Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour to attend the “Vogue World” event celebrating film and fashion on October 26.

Despite his neutral and minimal outfit, the idol’s appearance has become a hot topic among international netizens.

Photos showing V in a grey overcoat, brown sweater, and trousers have unexpectedly sparked criticism, with many netizens commenting on his facial appearance.


Others mocked his style and even questioned his relevance at the event.


Some even linked his recent appearance to the viral “zionism” accusations V has been facing due to his collaboration with Coca-Cola.


Many fans, however, have pushed back against the wave of negativity, defending V’s look as natural and refreshingly unfiltered. They argued that K-Pop audiences have grown too accustomed to heavily edited or makeup-heavy visuals, making genuine appearances seem “unfamiliar.”
