Having completed their military service last year, it’s been no secret that K-Pop icons BTS have regrouped in recent months. Now a countdown website is building anticipation for their fifth full-length album and accompanying tour.
For now, the website simply has the countdown – 73 days at the time of writing – pointing to 20 March as the release date for the album. No name yet: the name-reveal will, of course, be a key date in the promotional calendar.
More details came in a post on Weverse by the official BigHit Music account. The album will have 14 tracks, with pre-orders opening on 16 January, two days after the full announcement of the tour schedule.
BTS have maintained their profile even during their military-service hiatus, while the group’s individual members have also been keeping busy with solo projects.
But with other groups plus the KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack having driven K-Pop’s global standing to new heights in that time, the upcoming BTS album is going to be one of the biggest releases in 2026.
