BTS member Jungkook sustained a back injury during a world tour performance in London, though he completed the show despite feeling pain.
Jungkook performed at ‘BTS WORLD TOUR ARIRANG in LONDON’ at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on July 7 (local time). During the second and final day of the two-day concert, he reportedly experienced back pain but finished the performance.
Following the show, videos showing Jungkook holding his back during performances and appearing to move differently than usual circulated on social media and online communities. As concerns from fans grew, the singer personally addressed the injury during his ending remarks.
“I hurt my back during the performance, and I’m sorry that I couldn’t fully focus on stage,” Jungkook said. “I was enjoying the concert so much and giving it my all, but I realized that something was wrong with my body.” He also attempted to ease fans’ concerns with lighthearted comments, promising to focus on recovery and take better care of himself.

Despite his reassurance, fans continue to express concern. Hashtags such as “GET WELL SOON JUNGKOOK” have trended on social media, with many fans urging Big Hit Music to prioritize his treatment and rest rather than pushing through a demanding schedule.
As of now, the agency has not released an official statement regarding the exact extent of Jungkook‘s injury or whether his upcoming schedule will be adjusted.
