A famous Korean actor’s BTS purchase has netizens extremely concerned.
While BTS is probably one of the biggest acts in the world, they had humble beginnings that started with BIGHIT MUSIC and the BigHit Entertainment building.

Even back in 2022, the members were spotted in Nonhyeong-dong, near the old BigHit building, which was for an episode of Run BTS.
Even today, ARMYs travel and leave messages at the building.
While the building has always been a huge part of ARMYs’ lives, it has come back in the spotlight because of actor Kim Woo Bin.
On June 25, it was reported that Kim Woo Bin had bought the old Big Hit Music building. Shortly after the news was reported, his agency AM Entertainment confirmed the news, adding, “It is true that Kim Woo Bin purchased the building,” with sources adding it cost ₩13.7 billion KRW (about $9.89 million USD).
When the news spread, it wasn’t surprising that ARMYs got extremely nostalgic. Even though BTS has been in the new HYBE building for a number of years, it holds so many memories and is a must-see place for any fans visiting Korea.

ARMYs were also unsurprisingly concerned. Many worry that the sale of the building could lead to a renovation of the location, including removing all the words and messages that have been built up over the years.
