BTS has officially launched the ‘2025 BTS FESTA’, commemorating their 12th debut anniversary with a blend of humor, heartfelt messages, and creative storytelling designed to connect with fans around the world.

On May 31, 2025, KST, a self-produced video titled ‘[2025 FESTA] BTS News’ premiered on the group’s official YouTube channel. Styled as a quirky news broadcast, the video featured Jin as the anchor and J-Hope as a field reporter, delivering witty banter and joyful chemistry.

This year’s FESTA theme, ‘Twelve O’Clock’, references the group’s track ‘00:00 (Zero O’Clock)’, symbolizing new beginnings and a hopeful future shared with ARMY. “It represents the future we’ll walk together with ARMY,” explained Jin, adding a personal layer to the concept.

At a photo shoot, Jin humorously claimed, “The highlight is my face,” prompting J-Hope to agree with a laugh: “Absolutely.” The duo reflected on how much fun they had filming, while teasing fans with the promise of more content—without giving away specific details. “No spoilers,” they said with a smile.

One of the most entertaining segments was a scripted phone call with a fictional 12-year ARMY—a character portrayed by J-Hope himself. In the sketch, the “fan” expressed excitement for J-Hope’s upcoming solo concerts on June 13–14, 2025, KST, and Jin’s concert later that month, joking, “It was so hard to get tickets, my fingers still hurt.” The call ended with a cheerful shout: “I love you BTS! I love you J-Hope!”

J-Hope also took on the role of a weathercaster in a creative FESTA forecast, humorously predicting “over 30°C” of fan excitement throughout June. He noted that June 13 and 14—the dates of his concerts—would be “6.13°C hotter than usual”, a clever nod to BTS’s debut date.

Although most members are currently serving in the military, Jin and J-Hope, who have already completed their military duty, appear in this year’s FESTA through pre-produced content. While all seven members are featured, the material reflects thoughtful planning to ensure that BTS stays connected with ARMY even during this time apart.
