BTS’s Jungkook has officially completed one of the most unexpectedly wholesome challenges in K-pop — and fans are living for it.
Over the past week, Jungkook has been on a mission to find his name printed on the popular Korean chocolate biscuit snack Kancho. The cookies feature random words or names printed on each piece, and it’s become a viral trend among Koreans to hunt for ones that match their names.

For Jungkook, the name he was searching for wasn’t “Jungkook” as it was too uncommon. He settled for looking for “Ian,” one of the stage names reportedly considered for him before BTS’s debut. On live stream, Jungkook opened bag after bag of Kancho, joking with fans as he came up empty each time. By the seventh day, after countless tries, he finally found it!
