On November 3, BTS’s Jungkook held a live broadcast for around six hours, revealing his thoughts on a solo concert.
The live broadcast was titled “Hello, This Is Ian.”
He engaged in games, impromptu live singing, watching YouTube videos together, and even a mukbang, connecting with over 11.1 million viewers in real time.
However, when a live commercial for J-Hope’s solo concert appeared, the mood shifted.
He looked at the screen and said, “I’ll be able to do a solo concert someday, too, right?” before letting out a deep sigh.
This one statement instantly caused an uproar in the global fandom. Real-time reactions began pouring in, with many criticizing the agency.

Meanwhile, Jungkook enlisted in the military in December 2023 and was discharged in June of this year. Since then, he has focused on preparing for group activities rather than solo activities. He recently appeared as a guest with J-Hope at Jin’s encore concert, showcasing his live performances.
