From December 17 through January 17 KST, the Korea Brand Index analyzed big data of 755 currently promoting male K-Pop idols in areas including consumer participation, media activity, communication, and community activity.
For the month of January, Jimin took 1st place with 4,142,149 points, an increase of 32.74% from his brand activity in December. Fellow BTS member Jungkook took 2nd place with 3,709,736 points, followed by G-Dragon of Big Bang in 3rd place with 2,632,471 points.
The top 30 male K-Pop idols in terms of brand reputation scores are: Jimin of BTS, Jungkook of BTS, G-Dragon of Big Bang, Jin of BTS, Baekhyun of EXO, V of BTS, Kang Daniel, Hwang Min Hyun, Dohoon of TWS, J-Hope of BTS, Taeil of NCT, Yunho of TVXQ, Heechul of Super Junior, Kim Jae Hwan, Cha Eun Woo of ASTRO, Park Ji Hoon, Wonbin of RIIZE, Kyuhyun of Super Junior, Minho of SHINee, SUGA of BTS, Kai of EXO, Lay of EXO, Ong Seong Wu, Yoon Doojoon of Highlight, Geonho of CORTIS, RM of BTS, Ha Sung Woon, Kang Seung Yoon of WINNER, Onew of SHINee, and Yoon Ji Sung.
