BTS’ Jin is ready to run again with ‘Run Jin’
Jin of BTS is back with his solo variety show, ‘Run Jin.’ On November 26th at 9 PM KST, a teaser video for the show’s comeback was released on BTS’ official YouTube channel. After a brief pause following episode 11 in October, the show is set to resume after about a month.
In the upcoming episodes of ‘Run Jin,’ Jin will explore a variety of genres, including comedy, romance, action, and espionage. The teaser hints at an exciting hidden camera moment, with Jin saying, “Today, you’re not at a meeting, you’re filming ‘Run Jin.’” This unexpected twist has already stirred excitement among global fans.
‘Run Jin’ was conceived as a solo variety show to show appreciation for ARMY, under the premise that Jin will try “anything and everything.” Past episodes featured diverse adventures such as hiking Hallasan in Jeju, training with the coast guard, and exploring haunted houses. The show garnered massive popularity, surpassing 34 million cumulative views within three months of its launch in June.
The 12th episode of ‘Run Jin’ will premiere on December 3rd at 9 PM on BTS’ official YouTube channel. An hour later, it will also be available for streaming on Weverse, the global fan platform.
Meanwhile, Jin’s first solo album ‘Happy’ has been making waves since its release on November 15th. The album debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200, while the title track “Running Wild” reached No. 53 on the Hot 100 chart.
