BTS‘s Jimin and his alleged girlfriend Song Da Eun were recently tangled in controversy. Song released a clip of Jimin at their alleged shared home. In the clip, she is seen picking him up from the elevator and surprising him.

After the release of the clip, fans were furious. They tore into Song, accusing her of invading his privacy by uploading the video. Song claims to have uploaded the video after frustrations of being “tormented” by BTS fans for close to four years.
Fans have increasingly been vilifying Song, even going as far as to ask her to take legal responsibility for the matter.
“Posting something without the other party’s agreement = illegal. Even public figures strictly are under protection by the laws of privacy. I hope that they protect the artist deal with her by 1) emergency injunction, 2) lawsuit for slander, 3) civil suit for compensation in damages (violation of portraiture rights, invasion of privacy).”
