BTS’s Jungkook sparked massive ridicule among Korean netizens after they accused the idol of acting bizarrely to hide his alleged “couple tattoo” with aespa’s Winter.
However, fans are now speculating that there’s a much simpler explanation behind it.
In the episode, Jungkook is seen wearing his shirt in an unexpected one-sleeve style. His heavily tattooed arm is left fully exposed, while the opposite arm remains covered.
This immediately reignited accusations from netizens who claimed he was deliberately hiding an alleged “couple tattoo” linked to aespa’s Winter.
However, fans have since pointed out a detail that may challenge that narrative.

Many noticed what appeared to be semi-transparent patches on Jungkook’s exposed arm during certain scenes.

Based on this, fans are speculating that the idol may have had a minor injury or skin issue on that arm and had applied ointment or treatment, explaining why it was left uncovered.
Jungkook only showed his right shoulder and arm because he had an elbow injury with tape on it. He’d just showered and needed it to air-dry. Nothing more.
