On August 13 (KST), J-Hope shared a video on Instagram showing that he and RM had attended the Chris Brown concert.

Considering Chris Brown’s past allegations and controversies, netizens were appalled and disgusted by the BTS members attending the show. Not only were they shocked that the members traveled to Canada to see them, but with a majority female fanbase, it seemed tone deaf, and they couldn’t defend the idols. They were also spotted with Usher, who is also controversial.
