BTS leader RM is going viral for an unexpectedly relatable confession: despite his massive wealth and global fame, he still struggles with something many beginners dread — parking.
On March 26, a video titled “Are you eating well? ft. BTS RM, Suga” was uploaded to hip-hop group Epik High’s YouTube channel. During the casual talk show, host Tablo playfully questioned RM about his recent decision to get a driver’s license.
“Why did you even learn to drive? Weren’t we supposed to form a ‘bad sense of direction alliance’?” Tablo said, referring to RM’s well-known reputation among fans for getting lost easily.
RM responded candidly, saying, “People around me thought I was too immature. I got my license, felt proud for a moment, and then basically left it unused. I can’t park.”
His honesty drew laughter from the studio. Fellow Epik High member Tukutz joked, “Just go to places with valet parking,” prompting RM to burst into laughter and agree.
The moment quickly spread across social media, with fans praising RM’s down-to-earth personality. Many pointed out the irony of a global superstar admitting to such an everyday struggle.
According to multiple international entertainment reports, RM’s net worth is estimated at around 30 billion won ($22 million), adding another layer of contrast to his confession.
