Jungkook also posted details of his late-night treadmill workouts. In one session, he ran over 6 km in just over an hour, burning more than 700 calories with significant elevation gain.

Many ARMYs praised the members for their discipline and dedication, saying such strict routines are expected ahead of a major comeback and tour.
