BTS’s J-Hope proves ticket power with sold-out world tour opener.

BTS member J-Hope has demonstrated his massive ticketing power, with his first world tour, ‘J-Hope Tour: Hope on the Stage,’ selling out all three shows in Seoul during fan club pre-sales on January 14th KST.

The tour will kick off in Seoul at KSPO Dome from February 28th to March 2nd, before heading to North America starting with Brooklyn on March 13th. Notably, J-Hope will make history as the first Korean solo artist to perform at the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles on April 4th and 6th.

The news of J-Hope’s tour has garnered significant attention from global media. Forbes highlighted the tour as a “signal for J-Hope’s return to the global stage and a new chapter in his career.” The outlet also emphasized his historic debut at BMO Stadium, describing him as a “pioneer in the K-pop solo scene.”

Additionally, other major outlets such as the Associated Press and Consequence of Sound covered the announcement, referencing J-Hope’s groundbreaking performance as the first Korean artist to headline Lollapalooza in 2022.

The tour will span 15 cities and feature 31 shows, including stops in Brooklyn, Chicago, Mexico City, San Antonio, Oakland, Los Angeles, Manila, Saitama, Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok, Macau, Taipei, and Osaka. Through the tour, J-Hope plans to showcase his artistry as “J-Hope on stage,” sharing themes of hope, dreams, and collective aspirations with his fans.

The performances will include stages for tracks from his special album ‘HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1,’ released in March 2024, marking the first time these songs will be performed live.

J-Hope recently teased fans with a YouTube video titled ‘J-Hope: Beginning of a New Dream,’ which provided glimpses of him working on music in the United States. The video ended with him saying, “See you in Korea,” and a post on his social media with the message, “New music on the way. 2025.03.”
