BTS drew a crowd of about 130,000 fans across two sold-out shows in London.
The concerts, part of their ‘BTS World Tour Arirang in London,’ were held on July 6 and 7 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. According to organizer Live Nation, the group set a record for the most attendees per show since the stadium opened in April 2019.
The shows came seven years after BTS became the first Korean act to hold a solo concert at London’s Wembley Stadium in 2019.
During the show, the group performed a setlist that included tracks from their fifth full-length album ‘Arirang’ — ‘Hooligan,’ ‘Body to Body,’ and ‘Swim’ — alongside hits like ‘IDOL’ and ‘Fire.’
The members thanked fans, saying, “We feel the same emotion we felt at Wembley Stadium 7 years ago.”
The concerts drew strong reviews from local media. UK newspaper The Times gave the show four stars, calling the music “intense and addictive at the same time.”
BTS will continue the European leg of their tour with shows in Munich, Germany on July 11 and 12.
