Recently, BTS‘s Jungkook held a series of live streams that resulted in a multitude of reactions.
While fans were excited for the idol to spend so much time with them, they also expressed frustration over the speculation into Jungkook’s life that followed. After the most recent stream, a viral TikTok claimed that Jungkook’s mentioned friend was a “blond” girlfriend, angering fans because all of his actions end up connected to dating speculation.
As a result, many fans believe Jungkook’s recent update was connected to the constant questioning of his personal life.
Fans noticed that Jungkook’s TikTok account now has the comments turned off, where previously fans were able to comment messages to the idol. Additionally, Jungkook made his following list private, and appears to have made himself un-taggable.
Fans noted that Jungkook was often tagged in shipping or other related content that might have left him uncomfortable, and seems to have taken action following the most recent. Many were glad that Jungkook set this limit, and expressed hope he would do it on his other accounts as well.
