BTS’s Jungkook’s new “7 Fates: CHAKHO” OST track produced by Suga continues to make history on music charts worldwide!
On February 11, Jungkook released the new song “Stay Alive” (produced by Suga) for the soundtrack of BTS’s original webtoon and web novel “7 Fates: CHAKHO.” On February 21, “Stay Alive” achieved No. 1 on 106 iTunes Top Songs charts after topping the chart in Guinea-Bissau for the first time.
“Stay Alive” is the fastest solo track to top iTunes Top Songs charts in 105 regions with a record of eight days and 20 hours. Within 10 days and five hours, “Stay Alive” topped the iTunes Top Songs chart in Guinea-Bissau and became the fastest solo track to place No. 1 in 106 regions.
Jungkook previously topped iTunes Top Songs charts in 106 regions with his other solo track “My Time” as well. He also set the record for being the first and only artist to top 106 iTunes Top Songs charts with two solo tracks.
On February 22 KST, “Stay Alive” snagged the No. 1 spot for the 11th consecutive day on the Global Top Tracks chart for Last.fm, a popular music site in the United Kingdom. The OST also achieved No. 1 for 11 consecutive days on the Global K-Pop Top200 chart for Shazam, an app that identifies music around the world.
