From TXT to NCT going on tour, it’s time once again to save up for all those concert goodies and of course the tickets. While everyone’s excited when tour season comes around, make sure that you keep these world tour tips in mind to ensure a great experience for yourself and others.
1. No big posters: Everyone’s at the concert to have a good time and see their favorite band, but this can be ruined if the person in front of you brings a banner-sized poster and holds it up throughout the concert, blocking your view. Everyone wants to get noticed by their favorites, but there are different ways to do so without impairing the view of those behind you. Be respectful and bring a small-sized poster instead, or use an electronic marquee on your phone.
2. No throwing things on stage: Too often, we see artists get hit by items thrown from the audience. This not only displeases the idols but also ruins the concert’s atmosphere. When you throw things on stage, the idols tend to ignore it or just pass by. So, keep your items to yourself and enjoy the performance.
3. Merchandise lines can get long: If you’re trying to get merchandise, it’s better to arrive at the venue early. Items can sell out quickly, sometimes within an hour, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to line up and get the goodies you want.
4. Look out for other fans giving out goodies: Often on social media, you’ll find out that fellow fans are giving out extra goodies for free at certain spots at the venue. Don’t miss out on these opportunities to get some extra souvenirs.
5. Be careful where you swing your lightstick: Especially when the floor is general admission and standing, it can get pretty crowded. It’s even worse when someone next to you is waving their lightstick wildly without regard for those around them. Be mindful of your surroundings to avoid any potential injuries.
