At the BTS FESTA 2023, BTS ARMYs displayed their best behaviour and set a good example for others in terms of social etiquette. BTS’ RM thanked fans and staff on Instagram for the amazing cleanup at Yeouido, Hangang Park.

The rapper saw the news about Yeouido being cleaned up by BTS ARMY following the fireworks show. On his Instagram story, RM of BTS frequently posts music recommendations and details about his daily workouts. He thanked the BTS ARMYs and the crew for this kind gesture and posted a screenshot of the news on his Instagram stories. “To all the staff and proud ARMYs, Thank You,” he said. The ARMYs are overjoyed with RM’s acknowledgement and plans to do better in the future.

On June 17, BTS celebrated its tenth anniversary of its debut with ARMYs. The septet’s leader RM hosted the event, which had 3000 ARMYs in attendance. In addition to tuning in to the live radio programme “It’s 5 pm, This is Kim Namjoon,” some 400,000 people gathered at Yeouido, Hangang Park to watch the fireworks display.

RM from BTS hosted an event where other members took part in various ways. As a reporter for the ARMY news, SUGA introduced the programme. With the ARMYs, Jimin conducted a voice-recorded quiz. While V and Jungkook called RM during his live radio broadcast. The last fireworks show, which was narrated by Jungkook, illuminated Seoul in the colour purple.

Despite having such an enormous number of viewers, the area was left clear and spotless the following day. This incident gained international attention and made headlines in South Korean media, which RM happened to see.

The Goyang city government said Saturday that 820 rooms at nearby hotels and accommodations, including Sono Calm Goyang, sold out shortly after the concert dates were revealed.
