BTS vocalist Jin has once again proven his global star power, becoming the highest-ranking Asian solo artist on the U.S. entertainment industry magazine Pollstar’s “Top 20 Global Concert Tours.”
According to Pollstar’s latest report (October 11, local time), Jin placed No. 14 worldwide, with an average gross revenue per city of USD 2.74 million, surpassing every other Asian act and marking a new milestone in K-pop concert history.
From June 28 to August 10, Jin embarked on his first solo world tour, “#RUNSEOKJIN EP.TOUR.” The 18-show tour spanned nine cities across Korea, Japan (Chiba, Osaka), the U.S. (Anaheim, Dallas, Tampa, Newark), and Europe (London, Amsterdam) — each date selling out within minutes.
His two-night Osaka Kyocera Dome concerts grossed a staggering USD 9.6 million, setting the highest single-venue box-office record ever for a K-pop solo artist. Even the 8th-floor upper sections and limited-view seats — rarely opened for concerts — were fully sold out, a feat not even BTS had previously achieved at that venue.
Jin simultaneously topped Billboard’s Top Tours chart in July 2025, ranking No. 9 with 32.5 million USD in revenue and 217,000 attendees — the best result ever achieved by an Asian soloist.
In August, his four-show run in London and Amsterdam generated USD 11.5 million, re-entering Billboard’s monthly chart at No. 24. These numbers came without including his Korea and Europe opening dates, highlighting the overwhelming international demand.
Jin holds the most No. 1 songs (7) on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart among all soloists. His second mini-album “Echo” remained on the Billboard World Albums chart for 19 weeks, the longest run by any K-pop solo album in 2025.
Rolling Stone UK praised his world tour with a five-star review, calling Jin “a rare performer whose live vocals match his emotional depth.”
Due to overwhelming fan demand, Jin will hold an encore concert — “RUN SEOKJIN TOUR ENCORE” — on October 31 and November 1 at Incheon Munhak Stadium.
In August, Jin was named “International Male Artist of the Year” at Brazil’s SEC Awards, and in September, he took home two trophies at The Fact Music Awards (TMA) — Fan N Star Choice Solo (1st place) and 🏅 TMA Best Music – Summer.
These wins further cement Jin’s position as one of the world’s most influential solo performers.
