According to the Billboard charts dated November 22, Jungkook’s solo debut track “Seven” ranked No. 163 on the Global 200. Since its release in 2023, the song has maintained steady popularity, spending 121 weeks on the chart, marking the first and longest-running record for an Asian solo artist.

On the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart, “Seven” placed at No. 94, extending its reign with 122 consecutive weeks on the tally and reaffirming Jungkook’s powerful presence on the global stage. Based on Billboard’s cumulative data, Jungkook now holds 256 weeks on the Global 200 and 305 weeks on the Global Excl. U.S. chart across all his releases.

Jungkook’s achievements continue on Spotify as well. On the platform’s key metric, the Weekly Top Songs Global chart, “Seven” has charted for 123 weeks, the longest run ever for an Asian solo artist. The track’s streaming numbers remain strong, surpassing 2.665 billion total streams.

The peak achievements of “Seven” continue to draw attention. The track held No. 1 for nine consecutive weeks on the Global Excl. U.S. chart and seven consecutive weeks atop the Global 200. Holding simultaneous No. 1 positions on both charts for seven weeks is also a first for any Asian artist.

Jungkook also set another record as the only solo artist this year to send three songs, “Seven,” “3D,” and “Standing Next to You”, to the top of both the Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts.

Upon release, “Seven” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, staying on the chart for 15 weeks and proving its strong competitiveness within the mainstream pop market. It also debuted at No. 3 on the UK Official Chart, the highest ever for a K-pop soloist, and remained in the Top 100 for 14 weeks.

The song continued to dominate various year-end and special rankings as well. It claimed No. 1 on Billboard’s 2023 Global Summer Songs and was named the No. 1 most popular track across more than 200 regions outside the U.S. on the 2024 International Power Players list.
