BTS Jimin‘s latest photoshoot with Vogue Korea has become the subject of heated debate, unexpectedly related to generative AI.
As part of the photoshoot’s promotions, Vogue Korea released a short clip with footage of Jimin posing in different outfits, styling, and settings.
What’s piqued the most interest, however, is the audio of Jimin reading an excerpt fully in fluent English.

It’s not the excerpt’s romantic content that’s drawn attention, but Jimin’s fluency instead.
The audio has sparked debate among fans, some of whom claim it was enhanced using AI and that it is not Jimin speaking. Others condemn these accusations and allege that it is indeed Jimin, even though you cannot hear his accent.
