BTS’s Jin has been named the newest global ambassador for the athleisure brand Alo Yoga.
As the new global brand ambassador, Jin is slated to participate in various comprehensive campaigns, highlighting his commitment to mindfulness, balance, and self-care—key elements of Alo Yoga’s philosophy.
According to media reports, Jin has expressed his affinity for the brand stating, “What I really like about Alo Yoga is how they effortlessly combine comfort, style, and purpose, while also emphasizing physical and mental well-being, which is something I deeply value,” he continued, “Their approach to mindful movement really resonates with me — it’s not just about what you wear, but how it makes you feel and encourages you to be present. Alo creates pieces that allow me to move freely, whether I’m working out, rehearsing, or just relaxing, and their studio-to-street designs make it easy to transition between different parts of my day.”
Meanwhile, in the past few days, there have been speculations that Jin has been selected as the new ambassador for Alo after he posted several photos on his social media donning various outfits from the brand.
With this official announcement, Alo will continue to expand into the global market including Asia. Notably, the partnership will officially kick off with a comprehensive campaign in early 2025, coinciding with the brand’s plans to open its first flagship store in South Korea’s Dosan Park in April 2025. The Seoul location represents a significant milestone for the brand as it marks its debut in the Korean market.
