Within only a few hours, over 50,000 fans were said to have gathered at the National Palace.

Although the members were just as thrilled to see fans as fans were to see them, Jungkook also encountered his old enemy: mic stands.
As soon as Jungkook spotted a mic stand, he slipped away to the other side of the balcony to inform RM, aka BTS’s go-to public speaker at public events.

When a mic stand was carried out to RM, Jungkook stayed in the balcony’s corner, a step behind Suga and Jimin. Some fans joked that Jungkook was fully prepared to sacrifice Suga if RM asked another member to speak.
