Ten years after debuting in his first and only K-Drama, BTS‘s V is returning to acting for a special project.
In 2016, V played Seok Han Sung in the historical K-Drama Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth, alongside two of his close friends, actors Park Seo Joon and Park Hyung Sik. Since then, he has flexed his acting skills in some BTS content, such as music videos, and his own solo projects, but he has yet to appear in another Korean drama.
On April 10, Compose Coffee will release a short film titled That Night, Our Decaf starring V as the male lead. In the film, a late-night chance encounter at a café becomes a meet-cute between V’s character and the female lead.
The teaser video shows V ordering a decaf coffee, then noticing a woman who orders the same thing right after him.

According to the teaser poster’s text, the female lead is played by actress Park Ji Min. Park Ji Min is a popular name in the Korean entertainment industry, belonging to one of V’s own BTS member, Jimin (Park Ji Min), singer-host Jamie (Jimin Park), and more.
So, who is this Park Ji Min? Some fans believe V’s co-star may be theatre actress Park Ji Min, who debuted in 2021. She was born on February 2, 1996, making her one year younger than V.
However, this Park Ji Min currently works as an art therapist and speech instructor, according to the Instagram account listed as hers (@iam._.dulcinea) on her Namu Wiki page.
