On September 1, DRIMAGE announced that it launched an update for its mobile match-3 puzzle game ‘BTS Island: In the SEOM’ to commemorate BTS’s world tour.
With this update, the event plaza has been decorated with a theme inspired by the BTS world tour. Reinterpreting the festive atmosphere of the world tour through traditional Korean beauty, players can interact with various objects within the plaza.
The world tour-themed ‘Concert Mode’ event will begin on September 4. Players can use tickets earned from completing puzzles to enter bonus puzzle stages. Alongside special stage performances featuring BTS characters, a variety of reward items will also be provided.
The special costume ‘Living Legend,’ which reinterprets outfit styles featured in tour posters and albums, will also be revealed on September 4.
The ‘Treasure Map’ season event will start on September 18. By completing event missions, players can receive new profiles crafted from behind-the-scenes photos of BTS album shoots, along with profile and decoration items.
A single-player mini-game event, ‘Fishing Master Challenge,’ will also take place. Players use buckets acquired from puzzles to clear obstacles and collect various marine life.
In addition, new cards themed after ‘Living Legend’ have been added. Completing collections by gathering cards rewards players with card packs and puzzle items, while completing the set awards a special badge inspired by the theme.
