BTS‘s fifth studio album ‘ARIRANG’ has now spent 23 straight weeks on the US Billboard 200.
According to a report by Sports Kyunghyang on September 2, the album sits at number 31 on the chart dated September 5. It entered at number one in April and held the top spot for three consecutive weeks, which puts its chart run into a fifth month.
The album also placed 17th on Top Album Sales and 44th on Top Streaming Albums for the same week.
Meanwhile, title track “SWIM” moved up one spot to number four on the Global Excluding US chart, its 23rd week inside that chart’s top five. The song ranked 17th on the Global 200.
Five tracks from the album remain on the Global Excluding US chart in their fifth month, among them “NORMAL” at number 54, along with “Body to Body,” “2.0,” and “Hooligan.” “NORMAL” also placed 92nd on the Global 200.
The group is in the middle of its Los Angeles run at SoFi Stadium, with shows on September 1 and 2 and two more on September 5 and 6 local time. The city has designated September 1 through 8 as ‘BTS Week.’
