BTS‘s V has updated fans with his post-enlistment weight, showing off his muscular physique.

Before enlisting, V joked that he wanted to complete a bodybuilding competition when the members were discharged, adding that he wanted to weigh 85kg.

🐯we should do a competition in 2025 to see who has the best body when we come back.
🐯you have to show ARMYs different sides of you!

Since enlisting in December, photos and videos have shown V’s bulk up.

On April 12, V surprised fans with an update. Along with sharing what he’d been doing recently, including training, exercising, and even celebrating Na PD’s birthday, the idol revealed that he was now 75kg.

Along with the message, V shared photos on Instagram showing the bulk up. While V undoubtedly looked handsome with the short haircut, netizens couldn’t not notice his wide frame and muscles in each of the photos.

If that wasn’t enough, V then went to Weverse. While netizens were worried about the injuries on V’s back, the idol shared a caption saying, “Wound of glory,” showcasing his pride in the hard work he’s put in and what seems like the effects of a treatment.

V made a promise that he was going to gain weight and bulk up before he enlisted, and ARMYs are emotional about the idol constantly showing his progress.

The Goyang city government said Saturday that 820 rooms at nearby hotels and accommodations, including Sono Calm Goyang, sold out shortly after the concert dates were revealed. Major retailers such as Hyundai Department Store are preparing BTS-themed pop-up stores and promotional events. City officials plan to leverage the concerts to position Goyang as a “global performance hub,” offering tourism packages tied to K-beauty experiences and Korean cuisine to encourage visitors to extend their stays.
